There is a man who is devoid of integrity and conscious. His only focus is on self-agrandisment.

A lot of money which appears to be Tagwirei's is infact ED's and Guvheya's , and so are all these reported fuel and command agriculture deals. *Tagwirei is very well connected to both ED and Guvheya and was also to Gushungo. *The military used Tagwirei to move and trade its Chiadzwa diamonds via their company called Nyami Nyami. Guvheya hugely benefited. *Tagwirei is a front for ED's Midlands chrome project African Chrome Fields(ACF) being run by ED's SA friend called Zunaid Moti(currently jailed in Germany awaiting extradition to Russia for fraud). On the face of it ACF is said to be a 50:50 joint venture between Moti and Kuda.

*Tagwirei ran the Dema diesel project for the benefit of Gushungo inlaws and himself. *Both ACF and Dema import diesel duty free which is then sold on the open market. *Command agriculture is financed by government but disguised as if its by Kuda/Trafigura so as to conceal their massive looting. All these thieves benefited and continue to brazenly do so. *Tagwirei is also given lucrative road contracts eg at Zimplats via his company called Fossil being run by his ally Obey Chimuka (a beneficiary of a Lexus and a V8 of the many so called duty free command agriculture vehicles).
