it is a benevolent idea .Security matters because it guarantees both the president and the civilians protection .The Bulawayo horrific incident was an eye opener as far as security matters are concerned. The incident should be dealt with left, right and centre.

the security tightening is very important because wherever the world presidents go,the security proves to be very imminent and close inorder to protect both the civilians and the presidents.Your move need a round of applause. Those terrorists should be dealt with accordingly.Fundamentally the opposition parties should shun the terrorism.Security tightening should go to elections because elections will be disturbed but not stopped.Thank you Mr President.

rwirayi innocent - 26 June 2018

security beings with you and then ED should be secure if we respect peace in our country guys

tariroo - 26 June 2018

It is unfortunate that the attack ever took place in the first instance amid tight security provided by party and state apparatus. It points to an inside job and could become a feature that will continue to haunt the President and ZANU PF from now henceforth.. The party has opened a can of worms and should avoid involving or exposing its rank and file as well as ordinary people to physical danger or harm when they attend political activities. Its tough enough to attend rallies called up by a moribund and fragmenting entity like ZANU and another thing to defy threats physical danger when you brave the cold to listen to what they have say. The ZRP should assure all candidates and citizens that their security will be catered for before during and after the elections. There is no similar precedent in the history of Zimbabwe going back to independence and it is my hope that this incident does not herald or open a new and unwanted chapter of intra party violence in the conduct our politics in Zimbabwe.
