HARARE - Former Zimpraise choir backing vocalist Omega Mohadi, has assembled her new musical outfit Levite Music Group and released an album Grace Volume 1.

The album was released late last year and it is made up of nine tracks: Muri Pano, Ndinoda Imi, I want To Be True, Mwari Wenyasha, Nyasha Dzakawandisa, Ishe Makanaka, Taunganira Imi, Pemberai, and Simudza Maoko.

The debut project was recorded at KNB Studios and the group is made up of Oscar Chamba, Mohadi, Brian Chiyangwa, Stella Mabika, Gilbert Dimazi and Pretty Zvirekwi, among others.

Grace Volume 1 is an album made up of powerful worship songs. All songs give glory to the Almighty.

The song Muri Pano talks about God’s omni-presence nature while on Ndinoda Imi, the singers were declaring their love to the Almighty.

On the song Mwari Wenyasha the Levite Music Group yearns for God’s abundant grace and love.

Before setting up the gospel musical group, Mohadi briefly worked with Children of Destiny before joining the evergreen musical choir Zimpraise.

She was with the Zimpraise for two years.

Born in Mbare, Harare, Mohadi fellowships at Harare Evangelical Church.

Currently, the group is putting final touches to the Ishe Makanaka video which is expected on the market late this month.
