Net closing in on Jonathan Moyo

HARARE - The net is fast closing in on former Higher and Tertiary Education minister Jonathan Moyo who is accused of siphoning more than $400 000 from a State-owned enterprise — the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (Zimdef), the Daily News can report.

A week ago, government sent on forced leave Zimdef’s top executives to pave way for a forensic audit to be facilitated by the Auditor-General.

Zimdef’s chief executive officer Fredrick Mandizvidza; principal finance director and administrator Nicholas Mapute; human resources manager Ignatius Noah Kajengo; corporate legal secretary Servious Kufandada; chief accountant Ropafadzo Mukamba and senior revenue manager, James Gombarago have all been sent on forced leave.
