Chinamasa, Mumbengegwi appointed acting ministers

HARARE - President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Patrick Chinamasa Acting Minister of Finance and Economic Development and Simbarashe Mumbengegwi Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs until a new Cabinet is formed.

According to a statement made by the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda, these appointments are to allow uninterrupted services in these two critical government ministries.

Cabinet was dissolved by President Emmerson Mnangagwa following his recent elevation as President of Zimbabwe.
