Cassper Nyovest returns to Harare

HARARE - African rapper Cassper Nyovest is returning to Harare to headline the 10th anniversary of Impala Car Rental.

Cassper Nyovest will share the stage with Winky D, Soul Jah Love, Freeman, Jah Prayzah, Stunner, Tehn Diamond, Junior Brown and T Gonz among others at Andy Millar, Glamis Arena on September 16.

Impala Car Rental founder Thomson Dondo confirmed the development.

“We have decided to celebrate our 10 years in the industry with music.

“People from all walks of life should come to celebrate with us. Lucky winners are set to walk away with different prizes,” Dondo said.

The Doc Shebeleza hit maker once performed in Harare at Club 1+1 at Longcheng Plaza in 2015.

Jah Prayzah will share the stage again with Cassper Nyovest famed for his record breaking Fill up the Dome in South Africa as the two once shared the stage in a music festival held in Durban in May courtesy of Lock Trans and Tours.

Cassper Nyovest, one of the leading South African artistes and producers made history in 2015 by becoming the first South African artiste to sell-out the 20 000 capacity Dome in Johannesburg.

Here in Zimbabwe, Jah Prayzah is among the few local artistes who managed to fill up the 5 000-seater Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) for more than two years in a row.

Ever since he collaborated with Botswana songstress Charma Gal on the song Dali Wami off his album Kumbumura Mhute, Jah Prayzah has never looked back.

He is constantly interacting and working with big names in the music industry including Mafikizolo, Tanzanian international artiste Diamond Platnumz, Oliver Mtukudzi and Luciano among others a development which is healthy for his growing brand.
