Transport to Vic Falls Carnival organised

HARARE - Harare-based Enthuse magazine has teamed up with partners who include DSTV and Brands Africa to avail a bus which will take music fans from Harare to the Victoria Falls Carnival which will run from December 29 to 31.

According to Enthuse founder Stephanie Kapfunde, the “party bus” is being organised in collaboration with the Victoria Falls Carnival.

“It is a full-day trip, leaving Harare on December 28 and arriving in Victoria Falls on the following day, just in time for the three-day Carnival. The party bus, a luxury liner, will take patrons to and from Victoria Falls in style,” said Stephanie Kapfunde.

She added that the trip to Victoria Falls will also be a tourism adventure.

“The Vic Falls Party Bus goes beyond the party element we are selling a different and memorable domestic Zimbabwean experience by stopping and enjoying some of Zimbabwe’s most charming small towns and cities.

This year’s edition of the Victoria Falls Carnival will feature South Africa-based Congolese Tresor as well several South African artistes who include Locnville, Sketchy Bongo and The Kiffness. Zimbabwe will be represented by Judgement Yard and DJ Francis.

Locnville, a multi-award winning electronic hip-hop duo, consisting of twin brothers, whose tracks Yesterday, Sun in my pocket and Closer have dominated the airwaves, will arguably attract the most interest.

Tressor, who released his debut album, VII, in September last year, which features collaborations with AKA, Beatenberg, Khuli Chana and The Soil, is also expected to be a big draw card.
