Mi Casa, Mafikizolo return to Zimbabwe

HARARE - Top South African music groups Mi Casa and Mafikizolo will make their way back to Zimbabwe next month.

Mi Casa, who are being promoted by Clint Robinson’s C and A Entertainment, will be performing in Bulawayo at the Ampi theatre on August 5 while the Khona singers and Mr Cashtime K.O  are scheduled to link up with their Harare fans at Belgravia Sports Club on August 27 courtesy of 2 Kings Entertainment.

Mi Casa will share the stage with local artistes such as Guluva 7, DJ Stavo, Alaina, Mzoe 7, Victor Bravo and Asaph while Mafikizolo will play alongside Mr Cashtime K.O, Jah Prayzah, Winky D, Judgement Yard, Crimson Blu, Queen V, Jnr Brown, Briss Mbada, Schingy, T-gonzi, Rax the dj, Dj Stavo, Dj Fujee, Selecta Base, Juice the strongest DJ, DJ Liz and Swagg Bakers.

Both Mi Casa and Mafikizolo will reportedly bring to Zimbabwe full backing bands.

Mafikizolo last performed in Harare in December last year where they shared the stage with Zambia’s RnB artiste Roberto and local artistes that included Oliver Mtukudzi, Jah Prayzah and Alexio Kawara at

Harare International Conference Centre at an event organised by Simmad Entertainment.

Mi Casa is coming back to Zimbabwe after a successful tour of Malawi last month.

In Malawi, Clint partnered with a Malawian organisation — Platinum Events — in promoting Mi Casa.

The Zimbabwean music promotion group also teamed up with Platinum Events to take Jamaican group Morgan Heritage to Malawi.
