Major E returns with lead single

HARARE - After a long hiatus, lyrical editor Major E has finally returned with an all-new single titled We Nuh Regular.

In the single to be released on July 1, Major E drops sentimental and emotional hardcore dancehall lyrics.

Through this track, Major E, real name Ephrain Mushore, adds another meaningful image of himself while still presenting a strong presence.

The track is being released by Dj Fydale.

Major E described the new single as a “taste of golden dancehall.”

The lyrical editor inspired so many artists. He is now working with Judgement on Mad Sundays in London.

He was discovered by The Godfather Jah B in Harare in 1987 when he was still in high school.

Jah B had faith in his talent from day one, and Major E became chief Stereo 1 MC in 1989.

Jah B moulded Major E from an MC to a recording artist, dropping chart toppers such as Country Boy which he did with Innocent Utsiwegota.

He dropped hit after hit in the 90s. In 2005, he left for England to seek greener pastures and recently graduated at university.
