Big Nuz finally comes to Zim

HARARE - South Africa’s Big Nuz will perform at the Large City Hall  in Bulawayo tomorrow in a gig dubbed Zerophobia.

Supporting acts include Sandra Ndebele, Kedha Kwaitostar, Streetbiz, Wandaful, Linx Kariloss, DJ Boonu and Norma.

Jah Prayzah launches fifth album

AWARD-WINNING Jah Prayzah’s highly-anticipated fifth album titled Jerusarema will be launched tonight at the Harare International Conference Centre.

The launch of Jerusarema will be graced by leading local entertainers that include Suluman Chimbetu and Cynthia Mare.

Pole dancers to grace Slomo album promotion

Top local dancers that include Bev, Zoey, Wasu, Lady Storm, Manjenjenje, Fearless, Pala Fala and Chimora will share the stage with Francis “Franco Slomo” Dhaka on Tuesday night at City Sports Bar.

The gig will provide a platform for Franco Slomo to promote his recently launched album titled Zvipo Zvedu.

Sulu lines up birthday bash

Suluman Chimbetu will celebrate his 33rd birthday at the Private Lounge in Harare on Wednesday.

Sulu will be supported by fellow musicians who include Jah Prayzah, Alick Macheso and Alexio Kawara.

Before the birthday bash Suluman will perform in Ruwa tonight after which he will head to Zvishavane tomorrow.

On Sunday, the dendera star will perform at TP Rukawo Motel in Chegutu before winding up his programme on Monday at the Stream Bank in Mbare.

Harmony Singers to hold fundraiser

Chitungwiza Harmony Singers will host a fundraising gig tonight at Reps Theatre from 7pm.

The gig is meant to raise money for their trip to South Africa.  They need about $7 000 to cover transport, food and accommodation.

D-Block Keislim to share the stage with Vera

D-Block Keislim will perform at the Book Café tomorrow from 5.30pm.

He will be supported by Vera Chisvo and Tha Hnae.

PTK Birthday Bash tonight

The Big Apple will host PTK’s Birthday Bash tonight at 6pm.

Entertainment will be provided by Princo Spice, Ras Caleb, Jan Child and other dancehall artistes.

Tendai and Selmor at Longcheng

Tendai Manatsa and Selmor Mtukudzi will be at Bar Rouge at the Longcheng Plaza tonight from 8pm and every other Friday.

Faraidays at Pariah State

Pariah State will host the usual Faraidays Fridays from 8.30pm with DJ Naida on the turntables.

Book Café hosts Hope Masike

Hope Masike will perform at the Book Café tonight in a gig lined up to commemorate Africa Day.

During the gig she will be perform some great love songs to ever come out of Africa and these include those from Malaika, Brenda Fasi, Yvonne Chaka Chaka and many more.

On Saturday, The Book Café will host Jibilika Dance Festival Harare Province Preliminary from 1pm-5pm .

Afrika Revenge returns to Misty’s

Recently re-united afro-jazz duo, Afrika Revenge will be at Misty’s tonight from 8.30pm.

The same venue will host jazz prodigy Vee Mukarati tomorrow night from 8.30pm.

Vee will be supported by Starbrite 2012 winner, Brian Kadengu.

Mangwenya comes to home of reggae

Mangwenya Diana Samkange will perform at Red Foxx Hotel this and every Friday from 9pm.

Reps Theatre commemorates Africa Day

Reps Theatre will on Africa Day host the Madness Africa Day Comedy Show at 7pm.

Entertainment will be provided by PKay, Ranga, Godfrey Mitti, Simba the Comic King and it will be directed by Munya Chidzonga.
