Killer T birthday bash tomorrow

HARARE - Killer T, one of the hottest artistes in Zimdancehall, will celebrate his birthday tomorrow night at the Super Label with a high-profile gig that will bring together some of the country’ s leading chanters.

The gig will also feature Mc Lenny Matterhorn and MC Heavy E who will be supported by the host sound system, Aftershock.

With most artistes currently still on the festive season break, Killer T’s birthday bash will clearly be one of the standout gigs in Harare this weekend.

Rogers Chinoperekwei, who is organising the celebratory gig, revealed yesterday that all the necessary preparations had been done to make the Chairman’s birthday one to remember.

“Since Killer T is one of the best artistes in the history of Zimdancehall, it would be amiss to organise a low-key event for him,” said Chinoperekwei.

“That is why we have gone out of our way to lure to the event some of the best Zimdancehall has to offer.

“All the artistes on the bill will turn up and as such we expect fans to come in big numbers to honour Zimdancehall’s Chairman.”
