Nkosi hoping for Musona return

JOHANNESBURG - Siyabonga Nkosi is hopeful Knowledge Musona will return to Kaizer Chiefs this season, saying "it would be a big plus" for the Glamour Boys.

Amakhosi are desperate to secure Musona's services following his successful loan spell at Naturena last term.

The striker, whose future at German side Hoffenheim remains undecided, netted 16 goals in 25 starts in 2013/14.

“Knowledge came through for us very well in key moments last season and it would be a big plus for us if he came back," Nkosi tells KickOff.com.

“We are focusing on our team and how best we can play in the next season. I think we would prepare the same way even if we were going to come up against one team that has Messi and Ronaldo in their squad,” adds the offensive midfielder.

Meanwhile, the 32-year-old says his team are up for the challenge of competing in the Caf Champions League should the club decide to participate in the continental competition.

“The team will decide on camp and we will do as mandated... Caf provides a different challenge for the players and it's an adventure that we as players are always ready to take on.” - KickOff
