Macheso, Sulu square-off tonight

HARARE - Sungura giant Alick Macheso will share the stage with Suluman Chimbetu at New Life Night Club in Budiriro suburb at a potentially explosive gig tonight.

The Budiriro show will be one of the sungura kingpin’s concerts, before he leaves for a tour of the United Kingdom on July 28.

Jah Prayzah to rock Bulawayo

The Tsviriyo hit-maker will perform at Club Royal in Bulawayo tonight.

On his way back to Harare, he will perform in Gweru tomorrow and then Kadoma on Sunday.

Kireni Zulu to perform in Seke

Self-proclaimed king of Marabi music Kireni Zulu will perform at his usual hunting ground H and J Night Club at Chikumbamarara village in Seke area tomorrow.

Bev dates Gokwe

Provocative dancer Beverly Sibanda will entertain revellers at Gokwe Hotel tonight before rocking Mzansi Night Club in Kadoma tomorrow night.

On Sunday, Bev will share the stage with sungura artiste Peter Moyo at Top Three Night Club in Chegutu.

Jacob Moyana returns to Gweru

Controversial sungura artiste Jacob Moyana says he is returning to the Midlands Province by public demand.

The Black Hunters frontman will perform in Mvuma tonight before taking his controversial music to Salaco in Gweru tomorrow. The Chipinge-born musician will wind up his weekend show at Venice Mine on Sunday.

Alexio back at Book Cafe

The Book Café entertainment programme begins tonight with the screening of short films by young Zimbabwean filmmakers courtesy of InVision Studios.

As has become the norm every Friday, Mawungira eNharira led by Gwenyambira Nyamasvisva will perform on the garden stage while reggae outfit Transit Crew will belt it out on the main stage.
