Chaminuka dares Hwange

HARARE - ZPC Kariba coach Saul Chaminuka is confident his team will maintain its unbeaten run when they face Hwange this afternoon at Colliery.

Chaminuka’s side is the only team yet to taste a defeat after 13 weeks of action in the Castle Premiership.

However, despite their fine form, the Kariba side is sitting in sixth position with 21 points, only three points behind log leaders Highlanders.

“We are going their not thinking about Hwange’s fine form. We are going to do our best tomorrow,” Chaminuka told the Daily News yesterday.

The former CAPS United assistant coach said they aiming to end Hwange’s fine form at home.

“Hwange are playing well but we are not worried about their performance, we are always playing away from home, we have never played at home this season and we are used to that.

“I am confident that the boys will be able to collect maximum points and move away from the culture of drawing.”

Hwange will be aiming to bounce back to winning ways after losing their last two matches against Chicken Inn and CAPS United respectively.

The coalminers are fourth with 22 points.
