DeMbare seek to maintain winning run

HARARE - Dynamos coach Calisto Pasuwa is hoping his side can maintain their recent rich vein of form in the Castle Premiership when they face top-flight returnees Chapungu in Gweru tomorrow.

The Glamour Boys assumed pole position in the league at the weekend following a 3-1 win over Harare City at the National Sports Stadium, but it is the champions’ away form so far this season that has been noteworthy.

They have won both their opening away matches in Bulawayo against How Mine and Bantu Rovers, and will be hoping to add a third against Chapungu at Ascot Stadium.

“These (away) victories have been good. Now we have to keep this attitude, keep on doing our best all matches,” Pasuwa said after DeMbare’s win on Sunday.

“What is important for us is to take every game as it come. All matches are important. We will try to take maximum points in our next game against Chapungu.

“We need to play as a team and I am sure we can collect those three points. Like every game that we play we have to sit down and plan.”
