Why is the ruling postponed? Judgment was expected on 8 January 2013, the hearing having been completed way back in December 2013. It was deferred to 24 January 2014. Now we hear it is being moved to 31 January 2014. Next we will hear it has been postponed indefinitely to allow for the new charges to be heard or due to some incomprehensible legal rigmarole. I urge the judge/ magistrate to exercise his mandate professionally and ethically to conclude this case.
