Songani on verge of Denmark deal

HARARE – Zimbabwe international Silas Songani is on the verge of completing a move to Danish top-flight side Sonderjyske from Harare City after impressing the club during his trial stint.

Songani, voted Zimbabwe’s second best player of 2013 is set to put pen to paper on a two and half year deal that will run from January this year and stretch to June 2016.

“He is supposed to sign anytime this weekend. They have actually sent through the contracts it is just a matter of finalising finer details,” said his manager More Moyo.

“They were impressed with his speed. He is tactically good although they would want to work on his physicality.

“I think the sky is the limit for him. If he excels there he has a better chance to get into the bigger European Leagues. The ball is in his court,” added Moyo.

Seeing that this team Sonderjyske is in relagation zone with 4 matches to play. I pray you will use your skills which are being missed at CHAN to score goals and sail away from the relegation. But the good thing is you in and everything will fall into place
