Dynamos’ Russell Madamombe and Tarisai Rukanda of Shabanie Mine shared the $1 000 for the Golden Boot award.

“I am happy to receive this award. It shows my contribution to the team and I am looking forward to score more goals next year,” Madamombe told the Daily News.

“I hope to improve my game at Dynamos next season. This was my first year with DeMbare and although I started slowly, I eventually settled. I was also happy to win the league title with the club.

“Now that we will be playing in the Champions League next season I hope we will do well.”
