Well done Moyo, Supa

EDITOR — I applaud Media minister Jonathan Moyo and his deputy Supa Mandiwanzira on their swift action over the mess at Zimbabwe Broadcasting Holdings (ZBH).

Surely, how can one earn $40 000 or so at such a badly performing institution where workers have gone for months without pay?

We read so many stories emanating from ZBH of disgruntled workers struggling to feed their families, pay school fees for their children and rentals as they did not get their salaries yet management were pocketing these shocking amounts every month, shame on them!

I commend the minister for stepping in and setting up an investigation into the mess as well as negotiating for workers to get their dues before Christmas.

We hope the workers do get their salaries and the likes of Muchechetere never find their way back into any such institutions.

I also applaud the press for their part in unreservedly publicising  this issue especially Muchechetere’s earnings.

We hope this kind of exposure also permeates other such corruptly-run institutions.

what did these guys do. nothing. trying to cover for the many sins committed by zanu. covering for their boss who employed these guys so that they can sing their praise. do you that these guys in fact knew muchechetere got that as his peck. its nothing new to them and remember this guy will not pay back a cent on that. secretly he is been told you did a good job to keep us in power, go and enjoy your reward. at present the police are collecting bribes in front of their eyes and those police are encouraged to do so because the zanu is in power because of their help and many more bosses are benefiting from that system. its a shame. soon one of them will be suspended when they have done their job well and can live on what they have been helped to steal.

Tibvire apo editor unogwara iwe chaunomurumbidzira chii ariiye akidzinga vanhu vaigona basa chokutanga achiisa vanhu veZANU PF . Asi urikuzvimarket kuti uwane promotion kumusoro mhanzha .Bhora rokuvuraya ZBC rakatanga naye they put ZANU PF comrades who have zero kno hw of running ZBC saka waida kuti zvisvike nepi . The only way to reform ZBC , they need to turn it into a true public broadcast which reports to the parliament not to ZANU PF hoodlums.

This is utter rubbish, was Muchechetere perging his own salary or it was his bosses who authorised his perk. Fire those who authorised salary and benefits.

i hope the requests of all salary structures for govt parastatals will help the govt to assess the level of corruption in these orgs. This should also be the same with City councils in Zimbabwe.Kuri kudyiwa mari zvakasimba and workers are not getting their salaries on time.

Can we zimbabweans, stop this tendency of corrupt activities and concentrate on rebuilding our economy. Our politics has failed us and has only taught us to be divided along party lines, we are all Zimbabweans, party x or y. Stop corruption forthwith, God is going to deal with all those personalising national resources and lacking vision. Zimbabwe is perishing because our leaders are lacking vision. Wether ZANU PF or MDC you are all the same, national resources are for nation building. Diamonds for Zimbabwe not individuals, kuti churu chemadiamonds ichi ndacha so and so and ichi ndecha nhengi, thats total failure.
