Zambezi News TV is back

HARARE - Zambezi News TV is back and will be launching Season 2 at the Book Cafe on Thursday November 21.

The launch will see the screening of two brand new episodes of the hit comedy series that has managed to tour South Africa and Sweden.

The night will be hosted by Cde Fatso who plays Jerome Weathers on Zambezi News TV.

Uncle Sam and Clive Vistarolice Chighubhu will complement the screenings with some stand-up comedy. The launch of Season 2 comes hot on the heels of a successful screening of the election special episode a week before the 2013 elections.

Zambezi News TV is a satirical show that was created by Comrade Fatso and Outspoken. The comical news presenters delve into issues such as democracy, elections, race, land reform, corruption, sexism, arts and gender issues.

Zambezi News supported by Magamba Network, the same organisation that supports Shoko Festival.
