Khupe foundation plans hospital

HARARE - The Thokozani Khuphe Cancer Foundation has pledged to build a hospital that will assist patients get treatment at affordable rates and speed up diagnosis.

In an interview after a breakfast meeting at Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel, the  opposition leader in the House of Assembly Thokozani Khuphe said since cancer treatment in Zimbabwe is not readily available and beyond the reach of many, the Thokozani Khupe Cancer Foundation will make sure that resources needed for the treatment is readily available at the hospital.

“In Zimbabwe, the treatment process takes long and is very expensive.

Khupe should rather fight on for some kind of national cancer levy rather than appear to be individualistic and seeking some legacy mileage.
