Rebranded bang bang comedy returns

HARARE - Still basking in the glory of successfully hosting the recent Shoko Festival, Magamba Network will bounce back with the Bang Bang Comedy Club at the Old Mutual theatre, at Alliance Francaise tonight.

The scintillating comedy which returns under a new concept called ‘The Bang Bang Game Show’, will feature hip-hop star Tehn Diamond, popular songstress Ammara Brown, Larry Kwirirayi, Mildred Wema Lights, Michael “K” Kudakwashe, Comrade Fatso and Q The Boss.

The Bang Bang Game Show is a concept never seen before in Zimbabwe and will feature leading artistes, celebs and comedians from across the country. Kicking off tonight’s programme will be two stand-up comedy sets from Michael K and Q the Boss to tenderise your ribs for the game show.

Then brand new Bang Bang Game Show is a mad mix of celebrities on the panel with the comedians as the captains.

Tehn Diamond, Mildred Wema Lights and Michael K are Team one while Team two consists of Ammara Brown, Larry Kwirirayi and Q The Boss. The teams receive a fair amount of silly questions from the host Comrade Fatso.

The whole point of comedy concept is to find the team that gives the craziest answers to funny questions on diverse issues on society, music and spelling.

The organisers are hopeful that the mix of hilarious comedians, celebrities and a passionate crowd will create an unforgettable night full of humour.
