Macheso, Jah Prayzah clash tonight

HARARE - Alick Macheso, the celebrated bassist and singer, will be the main act tonight at the Aquatic Complex gig in Chitungwiza dubbed Ghetto Fabulous at 10.

The Tafadzwa singer will share the stage with Jah Prayzah, Peter Moyo and Tryson Chimbetu.

Suluman Chimbetu: The multiple National Arts Merit Award (Nama) winner will perform at Pamuzinda Highway X-Scape tonight where he will bid farewell to his fans before heading for South Africa where he is billed to stage three concerts.

At Pamuzinda tonight, Suluman will share the stage with Peter Moyo and Utakataka Express, Extra Kwazvose and Morgan and Tendai Dembo in the gig promoted by Red Rose Entertainment.

Tomorrow Sulu will perform at Ritz Night Club in Masvingo before descending on Paramount Night Club at Chitungwiza’s Chikwanha Shopping Centre on Sunday where he will share the stage with Talking Guitars
Extra Kwazvose: After the Pamuzinda Highway X-Scape show tonight, The Rebels will move to Beatrice where they perform at Mungangadura Night Club tomorrow night.

They will retreat to Mega One Bar (Pamahuswa) in Harare’s Graniteside area on Sunday where they will play alongside Tryson Chimbetu.

Peter Moyo: The young star will first play at Pamuzinda before heading for another show at Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex later in the night.

Tomorrow, Moyo will be at Mushandirapamwe Hotel in Highfield’s Machipisa Shopping Centre before ending his busy weekend schedule with a concert at Kuhuku Gochi Gochi Inn in Glendale on Sunday.

Maizon Tazvitya: The banker-cum-musician is performing in Bindura tonight at Kimberly Reef Hotel.

On Sunday, the Ziya singer will be at Pakare Paye Arts Centre.

Beverly Sibanda: The popular dancer will share the stage tonight with dendera musician Douglas Chimbetu at New Life Night Club in Harare’s Budiriro suburb before taking her Sexy Angels group to Inyanga where she is billed to perform at Time and Place tomorrow.

On Sunday Bev will return to Holly’s Hotel in the capital which has become her favourite hunting ground.
