Zifa property attached again

HARARE – Zifa’s woes compounded on Monday when the association’s property was attached by the Messenger of Court over a debt owed to Viking Security.

It was not clear what the amount in question is and how the security company’s services where rendered.

Zifa spokesperson Xolisani Gwesela refereed all correspondents to the association’s legal advisor, Ralph Maganga.

Contacted for comment, Maganga said that he was on his way back from South Africa but had been briefed on the developments that took place at 53 Livingstone Avenue yesterday afternoon.

“I don’t have much detail at the moment but the issue has to do with a debt owed to Viking Security,” he said.
