Hakeem, Pokello up for eviction

ZIMBABWE’S Big Brother Africa representatives Hakeem Mandaza and Pokello Nare are up for eviction yet again.

The duo was lined-up for the chopping block after Monday’s nomination sessions. Though Hakeem and Pokello have both survived eviction once before, this week is the first time the two Zimbabwean housemates have been put up for eviction at the same time.

If the two fail to garner enough votes, they could exit Africa’s most popular reality show on Sunday. If Hakeem and Pokello get the boot, Zimbabwe will join Angola and Uganda which have both lost their representatives on the reality show.

After Monday’s nomination session, Pokello had appeared safe after receiving just two votes.

Dillish, Annabel, Natasha, and Zambian Sulu who all had four votes were the natural candidates for the chop but Head of House Feza turned this around. The Tanzanian beauty chose to save the hilarious Zambian and replaced him with Pokello.

Zimbabwean hunk Hakeem was lined-up for the boot after receiving three nominations. The other housemates in the line of fire are Annabel, Bolt, Dillish, Maria and Natasha.

Pokello, who was this week nominated by Feza and Fatima, will be banking on her popularity on the continent which won her eight country votes two weeks ago to stave off eviction.

After surviving eviction two weeks ago, the Zimbabwean queen of swag was immediately nominated again the following morning but was saved by the then Head of House Bassey who swapped her with Oneal.

The animosity between Namibian beauty Dillish and Hakeem appears to be firming. After initially showing interest in Dillish the Zimbabwean later professed his love for Zambian Cleo.

This apparently did not sit well with Dillish who has continued to nominate Hakeem ever since.

Sulu’s removal from the firing line could be good news for Hakeem because of his love for Cleo.

If Sulu had remained on the chopping block the Zambian vote would have been his.
