Sithole out of Egypt tie

HARARE - SuperSport United striker Simba Sithole has been ruled out of the Warriors’ 2014 World Cup qualifier against Egypt at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The former CAPS United and Dynamos hitman missed yesterday’s morning training session due to knee problem.
“Simba has been having a recurrent injury on his knee,” Warriors manager Shariff Mussa said yesterday.
“We called 25 players and we have to trim down to 18, so I don’t think there is any need to call a replacement for Simba. We will do with what we have.”
The majority of the foreign-based players called up trained with the rest of the team yesterday. - Godknows Matarutse
