Zim confirms three more cricket tours
Thursday, 10 January 2013 11:39
HARARE - Zimbabwe has secured three home series in 2013 with Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka all lined up to tour the country in the year.

Schedules have not been finalised, but Bangladesh will arrive in the country soon after Zimbabwe returns from the Caribbean at the end of March. Test cricket’s lowest ranked nations will play a full series of Tests, ODIs and Twenty20s in Harare and Bulawayo.

India will then follow in July, but the series will only involve ODIs, whose exact number has not been confirmed though.

Top cap a fairly busy year, Sri Lanka will tour in October for a full series to complete a marked improvement for Zimbabwe, who only played one full series the whole of last year.

All three tours fall under the ICC Future Tours Programme. - Sports Editor
