HARARE - The Angolan national football team arrived in Zimbabwe’s capital at mid-day yesterday and immediately had a training session at Rufaro Stadium ahead of the tomorrow’s final African Cup of Nations qualifier.

In the lead up to the first leg African Cup of Nations match in Harare, the Palancas Negras had a five-day training programme in Johannesburg that ended on Thursday.

The Gustavo Ferrin- coached side was training in Johannesburg with the aim to enhance some technical and tactical aspects for this important match.

The side gave themselves a confidence boost on Wednesday when they defeated a South African premier league team Moroka Swallows 2-0, in the friendly match played at Dobsonville.

Angola netted a first- half penalty and added a second goal after the interval.
