Mambas survive the chop
Monday, 19 November 2012 12:00
HARARE - Black Mambas survived relegation on the last day of the season after a workman like 4-2 win over FC Platinum at Mandava Stadium yesterday.

The police outfit, which is slowly becoming a perennial relegation survivor, went into the match needing outright victory and responded with a polished first half performance that saw them score three goals through double-scorer Last Chibwiro and Godknows Mangani.

Platinum had taken the lead in the first half through Mitchell Katsvairo.

Nicholas Alifandika scored the fourth goal for Mambas in the second half while Donald Ngoma grabbed Platinum’s second.
