Adam Ndlovu dies in car crash, Peter battling for life

HARARE - Former Zimbabwe international striker Adam Ndlovu was killed in a tragic car accident Sunday morning while his young brother, Peter, was critically injured when their BMW X5 crashed near Victoria Falls.

Adam, 42, was now the head coach of Castle Premiership side Chicken Inn while his brother is the Zimbabwe national team assistant coach.

An identified woman, who was travelling together with the two brothers also died on the spot.

The Ndlovu brothers were on their way to the resort town to take part in charity match pitting Highlanders Legends and a Victoria Falls select team.

Adam cut his teeth at Highlanders in the early 90s before going onto play for various European and South African clubs.
