Foreigners lose $44 000
Tuesday, 14 May 2013 11:02
HARARE - Police have launched a manhunt for a gang of armed robbers who pounced on foreigners in Harare’s Avondale suburb over the weekend, getting away with over $44 000.

Police spokesperson, Paul Nyathi, warned people operating businesses in Zimbabwe to avoid stocking huge sums of money in their homes as this could expose them to robbers.

“We urge people to bank their money with registered finance institutions regularly to avoid such misfortunes,” Nyathi warned. - Staff Writer
