HARARE - Famous Nigerian twins P-Square have dispelled rumours that their fame came from devil-worshipping, not from their talents.

P-Square who are currently in the country for the just-ended Lion Larger Beer Festival decided to clarify things during their live performance on Saturday night.

“There are people saying P-Square is illuminati, devil worshippers, it is not true. We worship God. In fact people should be thanking God for us, it is talent that he gave us and we worship him, not Satan,” they said.

P-Square bought a private jet in May, falling into the lifestyle categories of the likes of Americans, Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Oprah Winfrey, Rick Ross, Akon and many others.

There were rumours doing rounds on social networks that the Nigerian twins had “sacrificed” their mother for fame.

Their mother died in July this year, she was said to have been suffering from a heart condition.

P-Square’s alleged association with the illuminati comes after they recently gained fame and success internationally through their hit songs with Akon and Rick Ross.
