Anglican battle for properties continues
Wednesday, 05 December 2012 14:10
HARARE - The battle for control of the Anglican Church continued yesterday with lawyers representing disgraced ex-communicated bishop Nolbert Kunonga seeking to turn the tables against the Church of the Province of Central Africa (CPCA) saying the Anglican Church is approaching the courts with dirty hands.

Jonathan Samukange, who is representing Kunonga and his Anglican Church of the Province of Zimbabwe (ACPZ), said the CPCA should not have evicted his client when the matter was still before the courts.

George Chiweshe, High Court judge president, yesterday deferred the case to today as parties continue their arguments. - Staff Writer
